The U.S. Naval Community College (USNCC) advances the Navy's warfighting advantage and operational readiness by providing world-class, naval-relevant education to a globally deployed force. USNCC delivers online academic programs that include the Naval Studies Certificate as well as general education courses in areas such as English, Math, and Science. Your mission is to work with USNCC faculty and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and maintain engaging, accessible online courses and learning experiences. You will help transform academic expertise into high-quality asynchronous and competency-based instruction that supports student engagement, persistence, completion, and success. Your Responsibilities • Collaborate with USNCC faculty and Subject Matter Experts to design online curriculum aligned with course and program learning outcomes • Apply evidence-based instructional design and adult-learning principles to asynchronous and competency-based education • Develop course design maps, storyboards, course syllabi, instructional content, and related design documentation • Design instructional activities and assessments that align learning objectives, instructional content, and expected student outcomes • Develop and maintain text, video, graphics, animations, interactive activities, simulations, games, and other multimedia learning assets • Develop formative, summative, authentic, and peer assessments and associated assessment rubrics • Build, migrate, and maintain course content within the de
