What You’ll Do As a Home Health RN, You Will • Complete comprehensive skilled nursing assessments • Perform Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and Discharge visits as assigned • Complete OASIS assessments as required • Develop and update individualized plans of care • Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments • Complete medication reconciliation and medication education • Provide disease-management and patient education • M
