About this role
Role: Med Surg RN in a 395-bed academic medical center. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients. • Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care. • Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance. • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Precept learners and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives. • Utilize advanced technology to manage complex medical conditions. • Engage in continuous learning and handle diverse, high-acuity cases.
