Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls and emails, including qualifying and fulfilling quote requests * Prepare and convey estimates to prospective clients and close sales (similar industry experience helpful but not required; experience in other regulated industries such as banking/lending/mortgages may also be helpful) * Manage shipments (domestic and international) from pickup to delivery, including scheduling driver pickups. * Learn to prepare documentation for hazard
