This is an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant Hotel and Restaurant industry, where you will be a key player in the Accounting and Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of our multi-location operations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, and providing timely and accurate financial reports. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. 2. Handle month-end close procedures, including the preparation and posting of journal entries. 3. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations. 4. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including GAAP. 5. Oversee the preparation of Accruals and Prepaids. 6. Manage accounting reporting for multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 7. Utilize and maintain accounting systems including MRI and Great Plains. 8. Work closely with restaurant operations to resolve cash, deposits, and chargeback issues. 9.
