Position Overview The Operations Specialist plays an integral role in supporting Seventy2 Capital’s operational and strategic initiatives. Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, this individual will contribute to the planning and execution of firm-wide projects that touch every aspect of our business — from advisor onboarding and technology optimization to compliance, HR, and client experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on position suited for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in driving results. The Operations Associate serves as both a connector and an executor — helping to ensure that ideas move from strategy to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the CEO and/or COO to plan, coordinate, and execute key operational and strategic initiatives across all departments. • Collaborate with leadership, advisors, and functional teams to help ensure alignment, accountability, and progress toward firm goals. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, providing updates and clear communication across stakeholders. • Support the rollout and adoption of new technology platforms, workflows, and processes that e
