Visual Communicator & Multimedia Designer Company: UrsaNav®, LLC Location: Leesburg, VA About The Company UrsaNav is an innovative provider of RF Transmitter systems and equipment for a variety of applications including Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). We design and manufacture cutting-edge PNT equipment that is trusted by customers around the world. Job Overview UrsaNav® is seeking a skilled, responsive Visual Communications & Multimedia Designer to support our marketing, technical communications, and multimedia initiatives. Working for the Director of Marketing, this position requires a versatile designer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, professional visual content while meeting fast-paced deadlines. This position is primarily remote, but may occasionally require an in-person meeting. Key Responsibilities • Video Production & Editing: Create professional marketing videos, technical explainers, motion graphics, animations, and event content. • Technical Illustration: Develop accurate diagrams, schematics, vector graphics, and product illustrations. • Graphic Design: Produce brochures, presentations, product sheets, trade show materials, and digital content. • Website Support: Create and update website graphics and visual assets. This is not a webmaster position. • Brand Consistency: Maintain professional, technically accurate visuals across all communications. Qualifications • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, particularly Illustrator and Premiere Pro. After Effects experience strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design, and technical illustration. • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Runway AI or similar platforms for video production, animation, and multimedia workflows.
