About this role
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE (NOT HYBRID/REMOTE) IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT $20.00 per hour CLASS STARTING - November 17, 2026 Extensive training required for 13 consecutive weeks scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00a.m-7:00p.m. After completion of training, you must be flexible to work a schedule of work hours between 11:00am - 10pm with two weekdays off. As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers. WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST • Learning about our core TV products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and timely customer service • Representing a Fortune 100 company and being the voice of Spectrum • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services • Interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more • Resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences • Working in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team We’re a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts. During your shift, you will find yourself in the office answering calls, resolving issues, navigating computer systems, and learning a lot about our business.
