In this customer-focused role, you will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal teams to ensure inquiries are resolved accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience. You will answer questions, research and resolve issues, and serve as a trusted resource for our customers while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach. As a remote team member, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a structured environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet performance expectations, including productivity, quality, attendance, and other key performance metrics (KPIs).
