We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into answers that people can actually use. In this role, you’ll work with different teams to understand what’s happening in the business, dig into the numbers, and help people make better decisions. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data but also knows that good analysis is about more than spreadsheets—it’s about asking the right questions and explaining what the numbers mean. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, improve reporting and processes, and help the team see the bigger picture through data. What You’ll Do • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas that need attention. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and regular business insights. • Work with stakeholders to understand their questions and translate them into practical analysis. • Clean, organize, and validate data to make sure it is accurate and reliable. • Use SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to explore and communicate findings. • Present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work closely with teams across the business to support data-driven decisions. • Look for ways to improve existing reports, processes, and how we use data. • Take ownership of your work while asking questions when you need context or clarification. What We’re Looking For • Experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Strong SQL and Excel skills. • Experience with a visualization or BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. • The ability to explain complex information in a simple, clear way. • Good communication skills and the confidence to work with people across different teams. • A naturally curious mindset—you like to understand the “why” behind the numbers. • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
