What this job involves: This position is responsible for managing complex, high-priority programs that are strategically aligned with key objectives while overseeing day-to-day project execution and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will be accountable for driving continuous improvement and innovation across the program while managing multiple interrelated project streams as part of an overarching program supporting the Global Real Estate & Facilities team's mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environments to accommodate growth and enable employees to innovate and delight customers. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring projects are tightly aligned with the organization's overall strategic priorities and business objectives, collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand the organization's long-term vision and translate it into cohesive program plans, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless project management and strategic program delivery.
