About the Position The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for ArchKey Solutions. This role leads content development, digital marketing, sales enablement, and pursuit marketing efforts while serving as a steward of the company’s brand across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Partnering closely with Business Development, Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating teams, the Marketing Manager translates market insights and customer needs into compelling messaging, growth campaigns, and pursuit strategies, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, values, key objectives and regulations.
