About this role
Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team. This position is based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C., with a hybrid work model. Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group is comprised of more than 1,800 Permanente physicians and nearly 300 staff professionals who come together to make a positive impact on the health and lives of approximately 750,000 Kaiser Permanente members in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement, the Creative Marketing Manager will serve as a highly creative, hands-on marketing professional responsible for bringing the MAPMG brand to life across patient, physician, sales, and community audiences. In this role, you will translate marketing strategy into high-quality visual communications, compelling content, community education, presentations, advertising, and marketing collateral that strengthen the brand and support organizational growth. You can expect to: • Partner with the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement to execute strategies that strengthen how MAPMG physicians and the organization are represented in the community. • Manage multiple creative and marketing projects from concept through completion, including developing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery. • Proactively identify opportunities for new content, campaigns, creative concepts, and marketing materials. • Design a broad range of marketing and communications materials, including one-pagers, presentation decks, community education materials, email creative, print advertisements, flyers, and digital and social graphics. • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for physicians participating in community events, conferences, and other external engagements. • Translate clinical and healthcare information into
