About this role

Job Overview Clarksville Plumbing and Clarksville Electric are rapidly expanding residential service and installation companies serving homeowners throughout Central Maryland. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations across both plumbing and electrical. This is more than a scheduling or office-management role. You’ll be a key part of building the systems, processes, and team that will support our next stage of growth. Responsibilities As our Operations Manager, you’ll help make sure our residential service and installation operations run efficiently from the first customer call through job completion. You’ll be responsible for: • Leading the daily operations of our plumbing and electrical service & install teams • Managing scheduling, dispatching, routing, and job coordination • Keeping technicians productive, supported, and equipped to succeed • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), job costing, revenue, and operational performance • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and profitability • Building and improving operational processes as the company grows • Supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and technician development • Helping establish accountability and performance expectations across the field • Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards • Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and service quality • Working closely with ownership on growth initiatives, staffing, systems, and strategic planning • Helping create the structure and infrastructure needed to scale a growing home-services business Requirements Our ideal candidate has: • 3–5+ years of operations, management, or leadership experience • Expe
