We have various studios across our firm. Our core values drive us in all we do: Honor, Integrity, Generosity, and Humility. About the Role: We are seeking ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STAFF to join our team! Architectural Staff are responsible for creating and developing design concepts, often collaborating with senior architects to refine and implement project goals. They assist in preparing detailed drawings, models, and presentations, ensuring design solutions meet client needs and regulatory standards. Designers also contribute to project coordination, helping to manage timelines, budgets, and materials. Regardless of their level, they translate conceptual ideas into tangible, functional, and aesthetically pleasing built environments. We offer: • Licensure assistance • Mentorship • Gain experience with the various project phases of a project • Hybrid environment Essential Duties and Functions: • Assist with the preparation of architectural plans and renderings • Assist with the research of products and techniques for their use • Assist with the production of design concepts initiated by others • Assist with documentation of existing buildings in the field and the production of supporting digital documentation (plans, elevations, existing conditions, etc.) • Create BIM models containing plans, sections, elevations, and details necessary for drawing sets and construction documents for clients and building contractors, according to firm standards • Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, ven
