About this role
Join Our Team! Gallagher Vinyl Products is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! We are a wholesale supplier of vinyl fencing and railing products, dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, quotes, and order placement. • Enter and process customer orders accurately using NetSuite CRM program. • Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Work closely with the outside sales team, warehouse, and production departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer information and order records. • Assist with general administrative and inside sales duties as needed. Qualifications • Previous customer service, inside sales, or office experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment. • Comfortable using computers, email, and order entry systems. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. • Experience in the fencing, construction, or building materials industry is a plus, but not required.
