SATTVA HUMAN | NAIROBI ROLE PROFILE Operations Lead - Household Staffing & Family Services Building a trusted, high-touch household staffing and family-support service in Nairobi LOCATION Nairobi, Kenya EXPERIENCE 8-10 years TYPE Full-time BUSINESS Household Staffing Role Purpose Own the operating engine of the Nairobi household staffing business - from verified supply and family fulfilment to onboarding, service quality, replacement management, safeguarding escalation, partner performance and operational economics. The role must build repeatable processes without losing the human judgement required in household services. What You Will Own • Run the end-to-end service workflow: requirement intake, sourcing/verification, matching, interviews, onboarding, deployment, check-ins, issue resolution, replacement and renewal support. • Lead Recruiter/Supply and Family Relationship teams; set daily priorities, SLAs, quality checks, case ownership and escalation discipline. • Build and continuously improve SOPs, role scorecards, checklists, audit trails and service dashboards across all household staff categories. • Ensure only assessed and document-ready candidates are deployed, and that family requirements, duties, pay, hours, work conditions and onboarding documents are complete before start. • Own critical incident and safeguarding escalation: triage quickly, protect both family and worker, document actions and involve the appropriate manager/professional adviser when required. • Manage verification, training and other service partners for turnaround, quality, confidentiality and cost. • Track operating KPIs including time to shortlist, fulfilment, 30/90-day retention, replacement rate, complaints, subscription retention, candidate readiness and service contribution. • Work with management on workforce capacity, neighbourhood/category expansion, vendor strategy and pilot scale-up decisions based on data rather than volume alone. • Protect the direct-family-employment mode
