In your day-to-day, you will: • Welcome clients and patients while providing exceptional customer service from check-in through discharge. • Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and assisting clients with questions and requests. • Coordinate communication between clients, referring veterinarians, and the clinical team. • Maintain accurate client and patient records using hospital software systems. • Process client transactions and assist with administrative responsibilities that support daily hospital operations. • Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging situations. • Work efficiently and independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced specialty environment. • Learn and utilize hospital software systems,
