About this role
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus and five (5) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD project management. • Candidates must possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels. • Experience in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, preferably within IT or software development programs. • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting sprint-based delivery teams. • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, track deliverable deadlines, and escalate issues in a timely manner. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional DoD program environment. • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required. Peraton is seeking a Project Manager to support the day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities for a program in support of USCYBERCOM. Working under the direction of the Program Manager, the selected candidate will assist in managing deliverable execution, day-to-day coordination between technical teams, management of data and Key Performance Indicators, and special projects as assigned. This position is hybrid with anticipated 75% of time at customer location.
