About The Role United Finishes, a division of Artisan Design Group (ADG), is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Southlake, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who is ready to build hands-on experience across general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and data analysis. You'll work closely with the Controller and finance leadership while learning ADG's accounting processes and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting. This position is onsite five days per week at our Southlake office. What You'll Do • Support the month-end close process and help maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Prepare and properly document general journal entries. • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and other general ledger accounts. • Review accounting records and financial information for accuracy and completeness. • Use Excel to analyze, verify, import, export, and organize financial data. • Prepare accounting entries for applicable registers, journals, and logs. • Research accounting questions
