Technica Corporation is seeking a Transition Project Manager for the DHS CISA Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract. The Transition Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transition planning and execution, ensuring seamless handover of responsibilities, resources, and knowledge between outgoing and incoming projects. The Transition Project Manager will facilitate transition meetings, coordinate documentation and reporting, and support process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing transition outcomes. Additionally, the Transition Project Manager will ensure alignment between technical transition activities and business objectives and provide guidance on best practices for transition management and delivery. Responsibilities include • Developing and maintaining transition plans, schedules, and risk assessments. • Managing resource allocation and assignments • Tracking and reporting progress against transition deliverables. • Identifying and mitigating transition risks. • Ensuring compliance with contractual, security, and organizational requirements. The position would be located at a government facility in Arlington, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval.
