The Project Manager III manages, plans and coordinates the full life-cycle of projects for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), specifically for the Office of Food Policy and Response (OFPR). This position helps to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Essential Requirements • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. • A current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus. • Leads full life‑cycle project management for FDA’s Office of Food Policy and Response (OFPR) • Plans, coordinates, and executes projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets • Conducts requirements gathering, develops project charters, WBS, schedules, and timelines • Prepares and communicates project status reports, risks, and issues • Applies project management best practices and federal regulatory knowledge • Coordinates across diverse government stakeholders with varying
