About this role
About our Company Intrusive Flavorz Food Truck is looking for a high energy associate who has a solid culinary background/ exceptional customer service background to come and be a part of the Intrusive family. We work hard and long hours but if you are passionate about food and serving our wonderful guests you will definitely enjoy working here. Job description • Fabrication of fish, vegetables & fresh herbs. • Preparation of sauces, recipes & sub recipes • Operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean work areas using top tier food safety and sanitizing practices. • Preparing food to order for guests using various culinary techniques & methods. • Meet & greet our guests and take orders • Required: servsafe certified or equivalent food handlers license • Kitchen, food preparation, cooking, food handling, and food safety knowledge; ability to follow recipes and sanitation procedures. • Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, culinary, or catering experience • Additional experience with menu planning, fine dining, high-volume production, and meal preparation is valued. • Familiarity with grilling, braising, poaching, operating kitchen equipment, and safe knife skills is an asset. Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
