Responsibilities: • Act as the single point of contact for customers' Federal IT Program Managers, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination. • Oversee and execute IT projects following both traditional waterfall and Agile life cycle methodologies. • Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. • Develop clear, complete project management artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, requirements, and reports) in accord
