Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver/Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring timely, safe, and courteous deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver a seamless experience that exceeds expectations. Duties • Safely operate various delivery vehicles. • Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to optimize time and fuel consumption while maintaining punctuality. • Deliver packages directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction. • Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports when necessary. Skills • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer service role involving route driving and heavy lifting. • Ability to adhere to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and company safety policies consistently. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via mobile devices. • Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
