The position leads marketing and digital transformation with accountability for demand generation, digital experience, and brand portfolio management. As the highest-level marketing leader on the team, this individual directly oversees the Marketing function and is accountable (alongside the CSX Leader) for delivering measurable improvements in Marketing Activity and Customer Charter execution.
