This shared-services role leads the planning, governance, and optimization of content across Discover website (DHL Thought Leadership), U.S. website properties, organic social, webinars/events, email, and commercial channels. The Incumbent is responsible for the U.S. organic social calendar and is the primary Sprinklr operator-managing governance, approvals, optimization, and agency collaboration. Key responsibilities include maintaining SEO-optimized web content, coordinating webinar and event content, overseeing publishing workflows, reviewing social assets, monitoring performance, tracking organic leads and revenue influence, and ensuring brand consistency. The role partners closely with Digital Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Services, PR/Comms, and the regional teams to deliver aligned and performance-driven content. **Key Accountabilities:** **Content Strategy, Webinars & Editorial Planning** + Develop and manage the integrated U.S. editorial calendar across web, social, webinars/events, email, and campaigns. + Shape webinar and event content with Digital Growth Marketing, Regional copywriter and other teams. + Develop e
