The function helps the company win work, present projects well, maintain a strong market presence, and keep internal teams informed. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who enjoys a high-volume, changing environment and can move quickly between design, campaigns, project communications, systems, and business-development support. This is a broad operating role. You may work on a proposal in the morning, a project announcement or LinkedIn post in the afternoon, a website or CRM question later that day, and an event or internal communication the next week. You need to be comfortable with changing priorities, incomplete information, and tight deadlines. Strong design skills matter, particularly Adobe InDesign and presentation quality, but design production will generally represent about 20 to 30 percent of the role. The balance is broader marketing ownership: prioritizing work, supporting campaigns, improving marketing systems, monitoring basic performance, and bringing clear recommendations to leadership. What You Will Do Brand, Business Development, and Design • Produce polished proposals, qualification packages, RFP and RFQ responses, project one-pagers, presentations, and other business-development materials. • Maintain strong visual standards and improve core templates across the company. • Use Adobe InDesign and related tools to create and update professional print and digital materials. • Coordinate with photographers, drone vendors, project teams, and outside partners to keep current project assets organized and ready
