Inside Sales Representative (with Warehouse Support) Cheney Flashing | Beltsville, MD | Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience. About the Role Cheney Flashing is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily focused on generating and closing sales over the phone, email, and online — with occasional support in our warehouse to help fulfill orders, manage inventory, and keep operations running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when the team needs a hand in the warehouse. What You'll Do Inside Sales (primary focus) • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers to grow accounts • Quote pricing, process orders, and follow up to close sales • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Warehouse Support (as needed) • Help pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory • Perform basic inventory counts and organization • Support light lifting and general warehouse upkeep What We're Looking For • Prior experience in construction material sales and customer service • Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic computer/CRM software • Strong communication and organizational skills • Willingness to help with warehouse tasks when needed • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally • Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player What We Offer • Competitive pay, based on experience • Benefits — health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching • Growth opportunities / training • A supportive, hands-on team environment How to Apply Please apply through indeed and include your resume, a cover letter is not needed.
