About this role
Mid-Level Project Manager/PMO & Vendor Integration Lead – Project Management experience We prefer D.C. Metro area Candidates with U.S. Citizenship or Green Card due to the security clearance requirements on federal contracts. Areeva Solutions is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Project Manager / PMO & Vendor Integration Lead to support a complex, multi-vendor federal system modernization program. Working under the guidance of the Advisory Project Manager and in close alignment with Government leadership, you will provide hands-on project management, cross-vendor schedule integration, and PMO governance across multiple technical workstreams. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented PM who excels at managing dependencies, maintaining schedule discipline, and translating complex technical data into concise, decision-oriented executive reporting. This role is focused on project execution and delivery management. Responsibilities: · Maintain and update the logic-driven Government IMS using Microsoft Project. Evaluate vendor schedule updates, Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), and version controls to ensure alignment with program baselines. · Proactively identify cross-vendor dependencies, critical path impacts, handoffs, unresolved decisions, and schedule risks. Collaborate directly with vendor PMs and workstream leads to resolve inconsistencies and mitigate delays. · Administer the SharePoint RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log and Action Items Tracker. Ensure data quality, link risks to schedule milestones, and transition action items into the appropriate schedule or RAIDD record when needed. · Configure, manage, and optimize SharePoint lists, document libraries, views, custom filters, and reporting mechanisms to serve as the program’s operational source of truth. · Prepare materials for and facilitate weekly vendor RAIDD/IMS reviews and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
