About this role

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Administrative Assistant to join a great DC based firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and contribute and is able to work effectively both independently and with a team. This is a fully in-person, temp to hire role and is available immediately. Responsibilities Include: • Manage scheduling for meetings and coordinate travel for attorneys • Draft and proofread correspondence and other documents • Utilize iManage to manage shared documents • Collaborate with legal administrative assistants to ensure that assignments are being handled • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Include: • 2+ years of professional administrative assistant experience • Legal or professional services administrative experience preferred • Professional communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Compensation: • $30+hourly DOE Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
